These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phlucky platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating a phlucky account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phlucky ("phlucky", "we", "us", "our"). phlucky operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform serving Filipino players in the Philippines. 2.4 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with phlucky:

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with phlucky. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phlucky reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlucky account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phlucky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Ownership. phlucky accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
3.5 OTP Verification. phlucky may require one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered mobile number for login, withdrawal requests, and other sensitive account actions. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains current and accessible.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlucky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. phlucky does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These restrictions are in place in compliance with Philippine payment regulations and phlucky's internal responsible gaming policies.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the phlucky platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlucky does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. phlucky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses offered by phlucky are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, phlucky's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to phlucky's support team within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

9.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phlucky will notify the registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. 10.1 All content on the phlucky platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of phlucky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phlucky platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phlucky content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phlucky platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 phlucky's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phlucky does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.
12.1 phlucky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with phlucky, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 phlucky complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Player data is used solely for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlucky platform shall first be submitted to phlucky's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.3 phlucky operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players may refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
14.1 phlucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the phlucky platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the phlucky platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
